How do I become a member of embellish IT! monthly kit club?
It's easy! Simply click on the Kit Clubs button on the home page then PLANNER KIT CLUB membership button. Your subscription will begin with the current kit & your credit card will be charged at that time for the kit + shipping. After the initial purchase you will not need to order any future monthly kits. They will be shipped to you automatically.

What are the benefits of signing up for a subscription and becoming a member?
The benefit to signing up for a subscription is that you are guaranteed a kit each month at a discounted price. Members save 20% off ALL Club kits (If you are a planner kit member - you can get the other Club kits at 20% off as well {layouts, cards and bible}. 
Also, some of the contents in the club kit is exclusive product only available in the kit club.

What does the membership fee include?
The membership fee includes your first monthly kit. There is NO cost for being a member of the club.

Can I purchase a kit on a month-to-month basis and not become a member?
Yes. Kits purchased on a month to month basis are $18.75 per kit (plus shipping/tax). Only a limited number of kits are available each month so we encourage you to sign up for our subscriptions and become a member to guarantee your kit.

How do I contact customer service?

When can I preview the next release of kits?
embellish IT! will release the upcoming planner kit on the first day of the month. As a member of the kit club, you will receive an email showing you the current kit offered. So, Ocotber 1st, you will be able to preview October Kit.

What if I do not get an email with the new kits being released on the first day of the month?
If you do not get our email, most likely it is in your email Spam/Junk Folder. If you can not locate our email in your spam folder please email so we can check what email address we have for you (perhaps we have a different email address on file). You will also be able to view the current kits on our website here & we also put them on instagram under embellishkits and facebook under embellishonline

When will I be charged for my subscription?
Planner kit club membership: Your initial charge will be charged when you sign up. 
After that, you will be charged on the 4th of every month. 

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover credit cards through our online secure server. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. If you wish to use American Express, we are happy to take that as well but you will need to call billing at 801-495-2626.

What if I need to update my credit card information?
Please call billing at 801-495-2626. If just needing to update an expiration date, that is OK to email. Please do not send credit card number via email as it is not secure.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Since embellish IT! operates in the state of Utah, we are required by law to collect and pay 6.75% sales tax to any order WITHIN the state of Utah. All orders placed outside the state of Utah are not charged sales tax.

When will my kit be shipped?
Kits are shipped 5-7th of every month. 

How do you ship?
All kits are shipped USPS Priority or First Class. On average delivery time is 2-3 business days.

What are your shipping and handling costs?
All orders are charged a flat rate of $3.50. We do not make money on shipping nor charge a handling fee. On average it cost more than this to ship but you will only be charged a flat rate of $3.50 per shipment.

What if my kit arrives damaged?
We take great pride in carefully packaging your order. In the event your kit arrives damaged, please email us within 10 days at After that, arrangements will be made to return the damaged product and we will ship out a replacement.

What if I don't like a kit?
We are mindful when designing kits that we have a large group with diverse interests. You may SUB a previous kit if you prefer over the current month's kit then just let us know before the 4th of the month by emailing us at . Simply let us know that you would like to SUB and let us know what kit you would like shipped. There is not additional charge when subbing nor is there a limit of how often you are allowed to sub. You may SUB any available kit at any time. However, it is your responsibility to let us know before the 4th of the month if you would like to change your autoshipment in any way.

If I am a planner kit club member can I substitite a club layout, card or bible journal kit?
As a member of one kit club, you get the benefits of all of our clubs. You can sub any available club kit but if there is a price difference in the kit offered & the kit you want to sub then you will be charged for the kit you want shipped. For ex: If you are a planner kit club member & would like to receive card kits instead of planner kit simply send us an email request with your name & which kit you would like. ALL planner kits are $15 and ALL Card Kits are $20 so you would be charged an additional $5 to sub. Super easy & very flexible. 

Can I purchase additional kits?
Yes, you may purchase ANY additional product to your kit club shipment for NO additional shipping cost. Your order will automatically be charged the flat rate of $3.50 for shipping. Place an order online, mark you are paying by check and for shipping method mark "Ship with Kit Club". We will hold your order and include it with your upcoming shipment and charge the card you have on file when the order ships. 

Can I skip a month? 
Yes. Although it is not typical, we realize you might need to skip a month & that is an option if needed. Just email before the 4th of the month. Your commitment will be extended accordingly.

What if I do not l want the upcoming kits but did not email before the 4th of the month? 
We start processing the shipment on the 4th of the month. If you let us know right away, there is a possibility we can pull your box before it ships but we start processing right away as we have a tight window to get all kits shipped. We will do everything we can for you. If your kits arrive & you do not want them, please contact customer service at:  It is best not to open the box & we are happy for you to return the box. We will issue you a refund on your credit card for the kits once we receive the kits back (unopened & in resaleable condition).

Do you offer coupon codes?
Occasionally we offer promotions with a discount code. During checkout, simply add your coupon code on your order form in the space indicated. Discount codes are programmed into the website so you will see the adjustment prior to submitted your order. If your coupon code is not working it is either because it is expired or there is a typo in the code you are attempting to use. Codes must be typed exactly as given. Orders are processed once you submit the order whether a coupon code is entered is active or not.
We do not adjust previously processed orders with current promotions.

How do I renew my kit subscription?
That's easy! After your initial commitment, all subscriptions are re-occurring. You will receive new kit release emails & your kits until you cancel your subscription. After your initial commitment period, you may cancel at anytime without penalty.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at anytime by emailing before the 4th of the month and we will process your cancellation. Please note: Any subscriptions that have not fulfilled their 6 month commitment will be charged an early cancellation fee of $15. It is unfortunate but we are ordering several months in advance for kits and have already offered you club discounts on your kits you have received while a club member. Can I call to cancel my membership?
Please email to cancel your membership as we require written documentaion. We reply to all emails in a timely manner.

Do you have a referral program?
YES! Refer someone to our kit club & you get a FREE embellishment in your next kit. Just make sure when they join that they put your name as the referral. We will notify you by email & let you know that a FREE embellishment will be included in your upcoming kit. There is NO limit on Free kits for referrals - Tell everyone!

Do you have a group discount for groups?
YES! One benefit is you only pay $3.50 for flat rate shipping so that alone saves everyone in your group $3.50.
8-15 kits= 25% discount (kits will be $14 each)
16+ kits= more than 35% savings (kits will be only $12 each)
